Agency is the feeling that I have influence over my own life. We help young people discover what really interests them and give them real tools to develop it.
We start with a conversation — no judgement, no ready-made scripts. We look for what sparks interest, then for the people and places that can help.
Every path is different: theatre, fashion, sport, music, coding, cooking. We match a young person with a mentor from the field and fund what is needed to start.
