REAKTYW grew from a simple belief: no one should step into adulthood alone. We walk alongside young people from care institutions long before the system stops supporting them.
Why we do this
More than 16,000 children live in care institutions in Poland. Every year some of them turn 18 and overnight have to handle rent, work, paperwork and loneliness on their own.
We do not replace a family or the system. We stand beside them — with concrete support, a network of people and a space where a young person can test themselves before the stakes get too high.
